Returns & Refunds
We allow customers to request a refund under reasonable conditions.
We may issue a refund in the following cases:
1. Not Received: The service is not delivered to the customer within the promised scheduled delivery time. In this case, the customer can apply for a refund. We will confirm the order status within 24 hours and issue a full refund to the user.
2. Repeated payment: The customer pays repeatedly for an order. In this case, we can respect the customer's willingness to refund. We will refund one of these payments, or multiple payments (provided the order has not shipped).
3. Sometimes we need your assistance to verify payment information. If you decline or do not respond to our request within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
We cannot issue refunds to customers in the following cases:
1. Delivery complete: The service has been delivered to the customer as agreed and as described.
2. Unpaid Orders: Customers cannot apply for a refund for unpaid orders.
3. Any reason other than those listed above under "We may refund in the following cases".
